What types of water do you offer?
We offer Muskoka Summers Spring Water and Morning Mist Steamed Distilled Water, Demineralized Water and Deionized Water. Most are available in various sizes and are sourced and purified to meet the highest quality standards.
What’s the difference between spring water and distilled water?
Spring water is naturally filtered through underground rock and contains beneficial minerals. Distilled water is steam-purified to remove all impurities and minerals, making it ideal for appliances, detox routines, or baby formula.
Is your water safe to drink?
Yes! Our water undergoes rigorous testing and quality control to ensure it’s safe, clean, and great-tasting.
Where is your spring water from?
Our spring water is sourced from Hillsburgh, Ontario.
Where do you get your distilled water?
We manufacture all of our distilled water in-house at Puretap to ensure purity and quality.
🚚 Ordering & Delivery
When will I get my order?
A Puretap representative will send you an email with your delivery date.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver water across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). If you're outside our delivery zone, we can obtain a quote from a trucking company. We also ship distiller parts across Canada.
Can I pick up my order instead of getting it delivered?
Yes! You can place your order online or in-person. If you've ordered online, please go directly to our Shipping/Receiving area at the back of the building to pick up your order.
When will my order be ready for pickup?
You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pickup.
🔁 Returns, Refunds & Bottle Deposits
How do I get my bottle deposit refund?
When you re-order, the driver will pick up your empty bottles and deliver your new ones. Bottle refunds are processed the next business day after the driver has returned the empties to our facility.
What happens if I don’t want to re-order and just want to return bottles?
We charge $10 + tax to pick up the bottles, or you can drop them off at our Mississauga location: 950 Verbena Road. Please go to the back of the building for returns. You’ll receive a voucher from the shipper to bring into the office for your refund.

Can I change or cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can manage your plan easily through your account dashboard.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can check out as a guest, but having an account makes managing and tracking your orders much easier.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers, and cash on delivery for local orders.
How does billing work for subscriptions?
Billing is processed at the start of each subscription cycle. You'll receive an invoice via email, and payments can be set up automatically.
🚚 Delivery & Logistics
What is your delivery schedule?
We deliver Monday to Friday. Orders placed before noon may be eligible for next-day delivery depending on your location.
Can I track my delivery?
Currently, we send email confirmations with your delivery date. Real-time tracking is not available yet, but we're working on it!
Are there delivery fees?
We offer free delivery for most areas within the GTA with a minimum order. For orders below the minimum or outside our zone, a fee may apply.
🧴 Bottle Deposits & Returns
What is the bottle deposit fee?
A refundable deposit of $10 per bottle is charged at the time of purchase.
How do I return my bottles?
Our driver collects the empty bottles during your next delivery. Refunds are processed once the empties are returned to our facility.
What if a bottle is lost or damaged?
Lost or damaged bottles are subject to a replacement fee, which may be deducted from your deposit refund.

How do I maintain my water dispenser?
Clean the dispenser regularly using a mild solution of vinegar and water, and wipe down the exterior with a soft cloth.
Can I buy distiller parts from you?
Yes, we carry a variety of distiller parts and accessories. You can order them online or by contacting our customer service.
