Bottle Deposit Refund Policy

To qualify for a refund of your bottle deposit, please ensure that the bottle has only been used for PureTap spring or distilled water. It must be completely free of any other substances. Thank you for your understanding!

**This subscription requires 1 month email notice before canceling ([email protected]). Billing will be monthly on the day of your subscription. Water is final sale; no refunds for unused bottles.
***This subscription includes a water cooler rental. There is a deposit at the beginning of the subscription. The deposit will be returned when the water cooler is received at the puretap warehouse in good condition.
