Our spring water flows from a protected natural underground source in Hillsburgh, Ontario — in the headwaters of the Credit River. It’s naturally filtered through layers of underground rock, giving it a clean, crisp mineral taste you won’t find in tap water.

How Delivery Works — 4 Simple Steps

Ordering is easy and delivery runs like clockwork:

Step 1: Order online
Select “Delivery,” choose your quantity (minimum 3 bottles), and check out. That’s it.

Step 2: We confirm your delivery date
A Puretap representative will email you with your scheduled delivery day (Monday–Friday).

Step 3: We deliver & pick up your empties
Our driver brings your fresh water and collects any empty Puretap bottles at the same time. No extra trips, no scheduling headaches.

Step 4: Bottle deposit refunded
Once we receive your empties at our facility, your $10/bottle deposit is refunded the next business day.

Bottle Deposit — How It Works

A $10 refundable deposit is charged per bottle when you order. Here is the simple return process:

• When you re-order, our driver picks up your empty bottles on the same delivery visit.
• Your deposit is refunded the next business day after the empties arrive at our facility.
• Bottles must have been used exclusively for Puretap water and be free of any other substances.

Think of the deposit as a hold, not a charge — you get it back every time you return your bottles.

How many bottles do I need to order?
Minimum 3 bottles per delivery. This keeps delivery efficient and helps us offer free delivery across the GTA.

When will I receive my order?
A Puretap rep will email you your delivery date after you place your order. We deliver Monday–Friday, and orders placed before noon may qualify for next-day delivery.

Is there a delivery fee?
Free delivery for most GTA areas with a minimum order. For orders below the minimum or outside our zone, a small fee may apply — we’ll let you know upfront.

How do I return empty bottles?
Just leave them out for your next delivery. Our driver swaps empties for fresh bottles and your $10/bottle deposit is refunded the next business day. No phone calls, no scheduling.

Are the bottles BPA-free?
Yes. All Puretap bottles are BPA-free and engineered for safe, repeated use.
