Due to Health Canada food safety regulations and the nature of our products, Puretap Water Distillers Ltd. does not accept returns on water, beverages, or any consumable products once they have left our facility. This includes all distilled water, spring water, and water delivery subscriptions. Once a sealed product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or resold for public health and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] or 905-670-7400. We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit at no additional cost. Photo evidence of the damage may be required.
Equipment & Accessories
Non-consumable items such as water dispensers, crocks, pumps, and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Bottle Deposits
Refundable bottle deposits are credited when Puretap bottles are returned in acceptable condition during your next scheduled delivery. Bottles must have only been used for Puretap spring or distilled water and must be completely free of any other substances.
Subscriptions
Monthly water delivery subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery. No refunds are issued for deliveries already completed.
