One-part non-spill caps moulded in green, food-safe PET to fit the standard 55 mm neck on 3-gallon (11.3 L) and 5-gallon (18.9 L) water bottles. Each cap snaps on with a peel-back “lift to remove” tab, so the bottle stays sealed from your filling line to the customer’s cooler. Supplied by the case of 660.

660. That works out to about 13 cents a cap at $85 a case. Net weight 6.4 kg, gross 7 kg.

What size bottle do these fit?
Any bottle with a standard 55 mm neck, which covers virtually every 3 gallon (11 L) and 5 gallon (18.9 L) water bottle sold in Canada, including ours.

Do you ship caps outside the GTA?
Yes, and this is the one product where distance barely matters. A case of caps is small and light next to what is inside it, so freight is a minor part of the delivered cost. We ship cases anywhere in Canada. Empty bottles are the opposite, mostly air, which is why those stay a local product.

Why buy a case instead of a pack?
Because a refill line goes through caps faster than anyone expects. At 660 a case, a shop filling 40 bottles a day works through a case in about a fortnight. Buying in packs of 50 means reordering constantly and paying more per cap.

Why not import them directly?
You can, if you want to buy a shipping container and wait about eight weeks. We already do that, clear the customs and carry the currency risk, then hold the stock in Mississauga. You buy a case, in Canadian dollars, off a shelf.

How does payment work?
Payment is required before we ship, on every order and every account. We do not ship on credit.

Green and blue. Clear is out of stock at the moment. All three are the same one part non spill cap in the same 55 mm size.
