Every raw material we use — from the water itself to the bottles, caps, labels, and packaging — is sourced from Canadian suppliers. Our production facility is in Mississauga, Ontario, and our team is entirely local.

Why Canadian Sourcing Matters
Quality control you can trust. Canadian manufacturing standards are among the highest in the world. When we source bottles from a Canadian plastics manufacturer, we know the BPA-free standards are met and verifiable. When we use Canadian-sourced water, we know the environmental regulations governing that source are robust and enforced.
Shorter supply chains, fresher product. Our raw materials don’t spend weeks on a container ship. They travel by truck from Canadian suppliers to our Mississauga facility, often within a day or two. This means less time in transit, less handling, and a fresher end product for you.
Lower carbon footprint. Every kilometre a product travels generates emissions. By sourcing locally, we keep our transportation footprint a fraction of what it would be if we imported materials from overseas. Combined with our bottle recycling program and reusable bottle model, this makes Puretap one of the most environmentally responsible water delivery services in the GTA.

Our Water Sources
Our distilled water starts as municipal water that undergoes our multi-stage distillation process right here in our Mississauga facility. The result is water tested between 0 and 5 PPM — as pure as water gets. Our spring water is sourced from natural Canadian springs, tested for purity and mineral content, and bottled on-site.
A Family Business since 1986
Puretap has been Canadian-owned and family-run for over 40 years. We started as a small local water delivery service in Mississauga and have grown to serve families, businesses, dental offices, and industrial clients across the Greater Toronto Area. Through four decades of growth, one thing hasn’t changed: everything we sell is produced right here in Canada, using Canadian materials, by Canadian people.
We deliver throughout Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Caledon, Etobicoke, and the GTA. Pickup is available at our Mississauga facility at 950 Verbena Road.
