Description
Taormina Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 L — Premium Cold-Pressed Italian EVOO
A 1 L bottle of Taormina Premium Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil — authentic Italian EVOO named after the Sicilian coastal town. Cold-pressed from premium olives, with the rich, balanced flavour profile that defines southern Italian olive oil traditions.
Sicily has been making world-class olive oil for thousands of years — the volcanic soils around Mount Etna and the warm coastal climate produce olives with a flavour profile distinct from northern Italian or Spanish oils. Taormina captures that southern character in every bottle.

⭐ Northern vs Southern Italian EVOO
Northern Italian oils tend to be greener and grassier; southern oils tend to be richer, more fruit-forward, sometimes peppery. Taormina represents the southern tradition — fuller flavour, perfect for hearty Mediterranean dishes.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the origin of this olive oil?
Cold-pressed in Italy, Sicilian-style. Named after the Sicilian coastal town of Taormina.
How long does it keep after opening?
Best within 3 months once opened — store in a cool, dark spot away from heat and light. Refrigeration isn’t necessary and can cause the oil to cloud (it clears at room temperature).
Can I cook with it at high heat?
Extra virgin olive oil has a smoke point around 190–215°C, so light sautéing and oven roasting are fine. For deep frying or high-heat searing, use a refined olive oil or another high-smoke-point oil — and save this one for finishing.
Is it GMO-free?
Yes — 100% GMO-free.
