Warehouses run on shifts, docks and schedules, and water service has to fit around all three. Puretap delivers 18 L spring and distilled water to warehouses and distribution centres across the GTA on our own trucks, on a set schedule, with coolers placed wherever your people work. We have been doing it from our Mississauga plant since 1986.
How racked delivery works
- We bring full racks of 40 × 18 L bottles to your receiving dock on a set schedule: weekly, every two weeks or monthly
- Empties go back on the rack and leave on the same truck, so nothing piles up on your floor
- Running low between drops? Call and we top you up before the next scheduled delivery
- Our drivers deliver during your receiving hours and check in at the front office or guardhouse like any other carrier
Coolers placed where your people work
- Rental coolers in cold and room temperature or hot and cold models, priced per cooler on your written quote
- We place them where the work happens: lunchroom, warehouse floor, shipping and receiving offices, mezzanine and front office
- A cup dispenser mounted on each cooler at no charge, with cups supplied by the case of 5,000
- If a cooler gives you trouble, we swap it on the next delivery at no charge

Bottleless coolers for guardhouses and remote buildings
Some spots are too far from the dock to carry bottles to. A direct line cooler connects to an existing water line, usually beside a sink or eyewash station, and filters the water on the spot. It is $410 one time, installation is included, there is no monthly service fee, and we change the filters when they are due.
How much water does a warehouse need?
A good starting point is 1.5 to 2 litres of drinking water per person per working day, and more in summer or on heavy physical work. Two real examples from accounts we supply today:
- A distribution centre with more than 120 people across several shifts uses about 120 bottles a month across 9 coolers and a bottleless cooler at the guardhouse
- A large retail warehouse takes three racks of 40 bottles every two weeks, with top-ups in between when it gets busy

Switching suppliers without a gap
- We replace your existing coolers one for one, in the same spots, on the day we start
- Your old coolers go on a pallet for your previous supplier to collect
- You use up any bottles you already have on our coolers, and we leave an empty rack for the old empties so you can recover those deposits
Billing built for purchasing departments
- A written quote before anything is delivered, with no long-term contract
- Invoices sent to your payables department, with Net 30 terms for approved accounts
- A $10 plus HST refundable bottle deposit on each 11 L or 18 L bottle in circulation, charged once when bottles first go out and credited back as empties are returned on the rack
- Safety Data Sheets and lab analysis ready for your health and safety file
More than cooler water
- 500 mL spring water by the case or pallet for drivers, yard crews and hot days on the dock
- Distilled or deionized water in 210 L drums and 1,000 L totes for topping up forklift batteries and washing equipment
