Common questions
Is distilled water the same as purified or spring water?
No. Distilled water is boiled into steam and condensed back to liquid, which leaves minerals and most contaminants behind. Spring water keeps its natural minerals. Our comparison guide explains the differences.
Do you deliver same day?
Delivery follows our regular routes, so timing depends on your area. If you need it today, pickup at our Mississauga plant is the fastest option.
Do you sell to businesses?
Yes. Clinics, labs, shops and manufacturers buy by the case, the pallet or the tote. See our wholesale water supply page.
