Our 18L bottles carry a refundable bottle deposit because we normally collect the empties on our own delivery route. When these bottles ship by courier or freight instead of being delivered on a Puretap truck, we can’t automatically pick the empties back up, so the deposit isn’t refunded by default. To reclaim your deposit, simply arrange to return the empty bottles to us: either ship them back (return shipping at your cost) or drop them off at our facility at 950 Verbena Rd, Mississauga.
