Description
2 business days notice for pickup. New refill orders please allow 2 business days after ordering before collecting from our Mississauga showroom. Your order confirmation will note the ready-by date. Same-day walk-in fills are still available during showroom hours (Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 3:30 pm) — no order needed.
The refill service is for customers who own a Puretap glass carboy. Our BPA-free plastic bottles still get delivered on the truck across the GTA — this pickup service is simply the glass alternative several customers have asked us for.
How it works
Buy the carboy once, refill for years. Two ways to get a fill:
- Same-day showroom fill. Bring your empty carboy to 950 Verbena Rd, Mississauga (Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 3:30 pm). We fill it on the spot with freshly distilled water. Under 10 minutes on a normal day.
- Drop-off / next-cycle exchange. Drop off your empty carboy any weekday. We fill it on our next production cycle and text you when it is ready to collect.

What’s in the water
The same distilled water we bottle and deliver across the GTA. Zero minerals, zero chlorine, zero surprises. Great for steam irons, humidifiers, coffee machines, CPAPs, orchids, aquariums, and drinking.
Why pickup only
Glass is heavy and courier hazards eat the margin. Pickup keeps the refill honest at $3 / $5. If you want distilled water delivered, our plastic 4 L case and 18 L bottle SKUs handle that.
